Job Description:
Our goal is to fill our open position to work at GAS Lawn Pros LLC with the potential to do any and all things related to landscaping/property maintenance/pesticide applications. Looking for highly-motivated, detail-oriented team players. Qualified candidates will be mostly working in a crew setting. 

Qualified candidates will:

Responsibilities:

Lawn Maintenance Technician:
   1. To represent the company with professionalism wherever they go and ensure everyone on his team is as well. 
   2. This work will include mainly of edging, trimming, blowing, and push mowing. The responsibility and privilege of running a larger mower will come once you are able to show your proficiency in the other aspects of lawn maintenance.
   3. Work a varied schedule including coming in early, staying late, and/or working the weekend if necessary. First to show up, last to leave mentality. Lawn maintenance crew members will work up to 45 hours per week depending on work load. 
   4. If necessary, drive mowing rig (truck and 20' gooseneck trailer) from site to site and have/learn the ability to back it into the shop at the end of each working day.
   5. Communicate with the owner should issues or questions arise of any kind, they need something, or a piece of equipment breaks. 
   6. Proactively address questions or concerns with clients. Communicate client’s questions immediately to the owner if necessary. Update clients with the status of work progress.
   7. Assist with equipment maintenance on Friday's
   8. When deemed necessary help and work in other divisions of the company (i.e. pesticide or landscaping/irrigation, etc.)
   9. Assist with snow removal if necessary during the winter months.

Pesticide Applicator:
   1. To represent the company with professionalism wherever they go and ensure everyone on his team is as well. 
   2. Stay on task throughout the duration of the day regardless of the task. 
   3. Ensure the truck and pesticide trailer are loaded and ready to go at the end of the day with all fertilizer/chemical needed in preparation for the next day’s tasks/sites.
   4. Ensure the truck being used is trash free at the end of each day.  
   5. Walk around the truck and trailer each morning to ensure all tires on truck, trailer, and sprayers are properly inflated and all lights are working on truck and trailer daily and all equipment is on board. 
   6. If necessary, drive pesticide rig (truck and 20' trailer) from site to site and have/learn the ability to back it into the shop at the end of each working day.
   7. Fill out accident/incident reports if needed.
   8. Record liquid applications into Jobber after each application if necessary
   9. Do “on the job” training to ensure you are doing thing properly in accordance with our New Hire Equipment Training.
   10. Work a varied schedule including coming in early, staying late, and/or working the weekend if necessary. First to show up, last to leave mentality. Pesticide crew members will work up to 45-50 hours per week depending on work load. When not doing pesticide applications they will work with the landscaping crew working a “7-5” or "8-6" schedule depending on our start time at that time of the season or lawn maintenance crews.
   11. Communicate with the owner should issues or questions arise of any kind, they need something, or a piece of equipment breaks. 
   12. Proactively address questions or concerns with clients. Communicate client’s questions immediately to the owner if necessary. Update clients with the status of work progress.
   13. When deemed necessary help and work in other divisions of the company (i.e. mowing crew, landscaping, etc.)
   14. Assist with snow removal if necessary during the winter months.

Landscaper:
   1. To represent the company with professionalism wherever they go. 
   2. Stay on task throughout the duration of the day regardless of the task. 
   3. Ensure the truck and trailer are loaded and ready to go at the end of the day with all items needed in preparation for the next day’s tasks/sites.
   4. Ensure the truck being used is trash free at the end of each day.  
   5. Walk around the truck and trailer each morning to ensure all tires on truck, trailer, and equipment are properly inflated and all lights are working on truck and trailer daily and all equipment is on board. 
   6. If necessary, drive truck and trailer from site to site and have/learn the ability to back unit into it's trailer slot shop at the end of each working day.
   7. Learn by shadowing for “on the job” training learn tasks at hand (i.e. Irrigation installs/repairs, bush trimming/clean-up, complete landscaping installations and maintenance, etc.)
   8. Work a varied schedule including coming in early, staying late, and/or working the weekend if necessary. First to show up, last to leave mentality. Up to 50 hours on landscape/irrigation team. 
   9. Communicate with the owner should issues or questions arise of any kind, they need something, or a piece of equipment breaks. 
   10. Proactively address questions or concerns with clients. Communicate client’s questions immediately to the owner. Update clients with the status of work progress.
   11. When deemed necessary help and work in other divisions of the company (i.e. mowing crew, pesticide, etc.)
   12. Assist with snow removal if necessary during the winter months.
